Property and Casualty Insurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Service Specialist - Outbound.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and facilitate insured's service requests while identifying sales opportunities
• Counsel policyholders on coverage, policy limits, payment options, and state laws
• Review and update policies for existing clients to enhance retention and meet consumer needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty License or Personal Lines License required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience in an insurance environment
• Call Center experience preferred
• Membership license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
