Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Account Specialist to process insurance tasks and ensure quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complete routine insurance tasks in the Agency Management System
- Support senior specialists and account managers by processing service-related issues and collaborating with offshore teams
- Independently operate client systems and document work in the client/company database
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Property and Casualty License highly preferred, with the ability to obtain it within the first 30 days of employment
- 2-3 years of insurance experience preferred
- Professional customer service experience required
- Technological proficiency and ability to navigate various client and internal systems
