Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Account Specialist to process insurance tasks and ensure quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complete routine insurance tasks in the Agency Management System
  • Support senior specialists and account managers by processing service-related issues and collaborating with offshore teams
  • Independently operate client systems and document work in the client/company database
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Property and Casualty License highly preferred, with the ability to obtain it within the first 30 days of employment
  • 2-3 years of insurance experience preferred
  • Professional customer service experience required
  • Technological proficiency and ability to navigate various client and internal systems
