Property and Casualty Insurance Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Insurance Service Specialist will manage inbound service requests from policyholders, facilitate account reviews, and identify cross-selling opportunities while residing in one of the specified states.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and facilitate insured's service requests accurately and timely, while anticipating sales opportunities
• Review policies prior to renewal through inbound calls, direct mail, and email communications
• Counsel policyholders on coverage options, policy limits, and membership benefits in relation to insurance products

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience in an insurance environment
• Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license required
• Membership license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time with rotating Saturdays
