Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Insurance Service Specialist will manage inbound service requests, quote and sell insurance through multiple carriers, and provide counseling on coverage options while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute and facilitate insured's service requests accurately and timely, while identifying sales opportunities
  • Review policies with policyholders prior to renewal through inbound calls, direct mail, and email
  • Document all activity in the agency management system and serve as a liaison between customers and sales agents
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience in an insurance environment
  • Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license required
  • Membership license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time, with rotating Saturdays
