Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Insurance Service Specialist will manage inbound service requests, quote and sell insurance through multiple carriers, and provide counsel to policyholders on coverage options while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and facilitate service requests accurately and timely, identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Review policies with policyholders prior to renewal through inbound calls, direct mail, and email
- Document all interactions and changes in the agency management system while serving as a liaison between customers and sales agents
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience in an insurance environment
- Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license required
- Membership license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time, with rotating Saturdays
