Job Summary

To support a growing insurance practice, the full-time remote Insurance Account Specialist will process routine insurance tasks, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with team members to enhance client retention and service quality.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and complete routine insurance tasks in the Agency Management System
  • Independently operate client systems to process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other routine insurance tasks
  • Train new Account Specialists on basic tasks and procedures while collaborating with coworkers to meet client needs
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Property and Casualty License highly preferred; must be able to pass the licensing exam within the first 30 days of employment
  • 2-3 years of insurance experience preferred
  • Professional customer service experience required
  • Technological proficiency and ability to learn various client and internal systems
