Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Advisor Trainee - Affinity.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive paid training program to gain knowledge of personal lines insurance products
• Provide one-on-one insurance coverage guidance and handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
• Obtain and maintain necessary insurance licenses within six months of hire

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior call center and sales experience is preferred
• Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license
• Adaptability to change and ability to demonstrate a professional demeanor
• Completion of a background check for license eligibility
