Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Customer Service Agent will handle inbound and outbound communications, process service requests, and resolve policy inquiries while supporting field agents and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and service requests regarding insurance policies
- Conduct basic research to resolve customer inquiries and engage appropriate departments when necessary
- Process requests and provide follow-up to ensure timely issuance and maintenance of policies
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; active property and casualty license preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
- Ability to complete pre-licensing study program and pass the state Department of Insurance P&C exam if unlicensed
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products and ability to work independently and collaboratively
