Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience; call center experience preferred
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Property and Casualty license required within a designated timeframe
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
