Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while seeking solutions within compliance and legal requirements
- Communicate with customers via multiple channels and navigate various systems and platforms
- Receive and respond to inquiries related to insurance matters and escalate unresolved issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Producer/Agent Property and Casualty license required, to be obtained within designated attempts
- Minimum of 1-3 years customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
