Job Summary
Providing essential support to customers and agents, the full-time Property and Casualty Licensed Customer Care Representative will handle inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and billing issues in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while navigating multiple systems and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Respond to inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
- Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues for further resolution
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Property and Casualty license must be obtained within a designated testing window
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
