Job Summary

Providing essential support to customers and agents, the full-time Property and Casualty Licensed Customer Care Representative will handle inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and billing issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while navigating multiple systems and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Respond to inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues for further resolution
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Property and Casualty license must be obtained within a designated testing window
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
