Job Summary
Supporting customer inquiries and insurance policy needs, the fully remote Property and Casualty Licensed Customer Care Representative will deliver exceptional service while navigating multiple systems and channels to resolve issues related to coverage, rates, and billing.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and respond to inquiries regarding insurance matters, resolving moderately complex issues
- Document customer interactions and outcomes thoroughly while adhering to compliance and legal requirements
- Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Property and Casualty license required, with support for obtaining it if not already licensed
- Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
