Job Summary
As the first point of contact for customers, the full-time Property and Casualty Licensed Customer Care Representative will deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries related to insurance coverage, billing, and policy reviews while navigating multiple systems in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance matters and resolve moderately complex issues
- Document customer interactions and outcomes thoroughly in the system while adhering to compliance and legal requirements
- Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Property and Casualty license required, with assistance provided for obtaining the license
- Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours within the department's operating schedule, including potential Saturdays
