Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to current members requesting to cancel their policy through inbound calls
- Listen and investigate to find solutions that retain members
- Handle sensitive situations with empathy while adapting to changes in a high-growth environment
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of successful customer retention experience in a fast-paced call center
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Proven ability to implement retention strategies
- Experience using and learning complex computer systems
- Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus; active Property and Casualty License is also a plus
