Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist (Pacific Time Hours).

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate and support customers requesting to cancel their policy through exceptional service via inbound calls and email
  • Manage high call volumes while balancing empathy, efficiency, and productivity
  • De-escalate challenging situations and provide solution-oriented support to retain customers
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in customer retention or account management in a fast-paced call center environment
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Proven track record of success in retaining customers and handling cancellations
  • Ability to obtain and maintain active Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing in all 50 states
  • Experience working remotely with a reliable hard-wired internet connection
