Job Summary
Working full-time in a remote capacity, the Property and Casualty Licensed Customer Retention Specialist will engage with customers to provide exceptional support during cancellation requests, manage high call volumes, and educate pet owners on the value of Trupanion coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Educate and support customers requesting to cancel their policy through inbound calls and emails
- Manage high call volumes while balancing empathy and productivity under tight deadlines
- De-escalate challenging situations and provide solution-oriented support to retain customers
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in customer retention or account management in a fast-paced call center environment
- Proven track record in retaining customers and handling cancellations
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort using technology independently in a remote setting
- Must be able to obtain and maintain active Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing in all 50 states
- Experience working remotely with a reliable hard-wired internet connection
