Job Summary
As a full-time Property and Casualty Licensed Customer Retention Specialist working remotely, the candidate will engage with customers to provide exceptional support, educate them on policy benefits, and manage high call volumes while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Educate and support customers requesting to cancel their policy through inbound calls and emails
- Manage high call volumes while balancing empathy, efficiency, and productivity
- De-escalate challenging situations and provide solution-oriented support to retain customers
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in customer retention or account management in a fast-paced call center environment
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven track record in retaining customers and handling cancellations
- Ability to de-escalate difficult situations with empathy
- Must be able to obtain and maintain active Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing in all applicable jurisdictions
