Key responsibilities
- Educate and support customers requesting to cancel their policy, delivering exceptional service through calls and emails
- Manage high call volumes while balancing empathy, efficiency, and productivity under tight deadlines
- De-escalate challenging situations with professionalism, ensuring customers feel informed and valued
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in customer retention or account management in a fast-paced call center environment
- Proven track record of success in retaining customers and handling cancellations
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort using technology independently in a remote environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain active Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing in all 50 states
- Experience working remotely with a reliable hard-wired internet connection and a distraction-free home-office setup
