Job Summary

To support a growing fintech startup, the full-time Property and Casualty Licensed Customer Service Agent will assist existing customers with insurance policy changes, process service requests, and address inquiries regarding coverages, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers and assist with service requests
  • Process changes to insurance policies, including adding/removing vehicles and drivers
  • Work to retain policyholders by providing solutions to customers at risk of cancellation
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
  • Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license within 60 days of starting
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverages is a plus
