Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop colleagues in client care best practices and performance management
- Partner with sales teams to drive client acquisition, retention, and issue resolution
- Execute client sales and retention strategies while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of business line experience (Commercial P&C, Employee Benefits, or Personal Lines P&C)
- 3+ years of management experience
- Property and Casualty or Life and Health license required within 90 days of hire
- Willingness to travel for client and regional needs (approximately 10% of the time)
