Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Service and Retention Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop colleagues in client care best practices and performance management
  • Partner with sales teams to drive client acquisition, retention, and issue resolution
  • Execute client sales and retention strategies while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of business line experience (Commercial P&C, Employee Benefits, or Personal Lines P&C)
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Property and Casualty or Life and Health license required within 90 days of hire
  • Willingness to travel for client and regional needs (approximately 10% of the time)
