Job Summary

Connecting with both English and Spanish speaking pet parents, the full-time Spanish Bilingual Inbound Sales Specialist will engage with warm inbound leads, educate potential customers on coverage options, and guide them through the enrollment process while working remotely during Pacific Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Support English and Spanish speaking customers through clear and empathetic communication across various channels
• Build trust with pet parents by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions
• Manage high inbound call volumes while achieving individual sales and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications

• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, including verbal and written communication
• 2+ years of successful sales experience in a high-volume business-to-customer sales or inbound call center environment
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and performance metrics
• Ability to obtain and maintain active Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing in all 50 states and applicable jurisdictions
