Property and Casualty Retention Agent

Job Summary

To support commercial lines customers in a fast-paced, service-focused environment, the full-time remote Property and Casualty Retention Agent will manage retention-related activities, cross-sell additional products, and process policy changes while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handles inbound and outbound calls to perform retention-related activities and cross-sell additional products
• Processes policy changes and advises policyholders on retention efforts, including contacting customers with pending cancellations
• Maintains an in-depth understanding of customer service techniques and product updates to serve as a resource for peers

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license or ability to obtain one within two weeks of hire
• High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate studies preferred
• Three or more years of related work experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Advanced knowledge of commercial insurance products and state regulations
• Experience in sales, customer service, or account retention
