Job Summary
Launching a rewarding career in insurance sales, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages and products.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders
- Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining a Property and Casualty Insurance license
- Work a flexible schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, managing incoming leads without cold calling
Required qualifications
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in typing and PC usage
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
