Property and Casualty Sales Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines National Sales Agent - Direct Distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consults with and educates clients about commercial lines insurance coverage needs through incoming calls/emails
• Researches and prospects potential commercial insurance customers, overcoming objections to close sales
• Writes quality risk policies based on underwriting requirements and provides ongoing customer service and sales support

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate studies preferred
• State licensing as required for property/casualty products
• Three or more years of related work experience in sales and insurance
• Advanced knowledge of property/casualty commercial insurance products and sales techniques
• Proficiency in using insurance processing systems and personal computer software
