Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and converting sales leads into policyholders while enjoying flexible work arrangements and comprehensive benefits.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers on insurance needs and match them with appropriate coverages and products
• Handle inbound calls and convert warm leads into policyholders without making cold calls
• Participate in a structured training program, including obtaining a Property and Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
