Job Summary
Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs, converting sales leads into policyholders while enjoying flexible work arrangements and comprehensive benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads to assess customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate products
- Participate in a structured training program to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license
- Work collaboratively in a remote environment, adapting to various schedules and customer needs
Required qualifications
- 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary for closing sales
- Ability to communicate effectively with both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
