Job Summary

Connecting with pet parents during crucial moments, the full-time Inbound Sales Specialist will engage with warm inbound leads, educate potential customers on coverage options, and guide them through the enrollment process, all while working remotely within Pacific Time hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Educate and support prospective customers through inbound interactions, delivering exceptional service via phone and email
  • Build trust and rapport with pet parents by understanding their unique needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions
  • Manage high inbound call volumes while achieving individual sales and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience in a high-volume business-to-customer sales or inbound call center environment
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and performance metrics
  • Strong aptitude for identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain active Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing in all 50 states
