Job Summary

Connecting with pet parents during crucial moments, the full-time Inbound Sales Specialist will engage with warm inbound leads, educate potential customers on coverage options, and guide them through the enrollment process while working remotely during Pacific Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Educate and support prospective customers through inbound calls and email interactions, delivering exceptional service
• Build trust and rapport with pet parents by utilizing a consultative approach to recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Manage high inbound call volumes while achieving individual sales goals in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience in a high-volume business-to-customer sales or inbound call center environment
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and productivity expectations
• Strong aptitude for identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
• Ability to obtain and maintain active Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing in all applicable jurisdictions
