Property and Casualty Service Representative

Job Summary

Processing Property and Casualty policies remotely, the full-time Service Representative will manage claims and underwriting clerical work while ensuring compliance and responding to inquiries from various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process endorsements for Personal and Commercial lines and manage renewals for Commercial accounts
• Complete assigned claims and underwriting clerical functions and respond promptly to correspondence from brokers, agents, and other parties
• Review property inspections and building cost estimators while adhering to internal controls and procedures

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance
• Understanding of personal and commercial policies
• High school diploma or GED required; insurance education such as INS, CPCU, CIC, or AU is a plus
• Previous claims or underwriting assistant experience is advantageous
• Access to high-speed internet and a home office setup is mandatory
