Job Summary

Executing administrative tasks related to account management and policy servicing, the full-time Client Service Specialist in Commercial Lines will process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations while ensuring timely client support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations while maintaining accurate account records
• Manage client requests and updates, ensuring compliance with internal standards
• Utilize innovative technology to enhance the client service experience

Required qualifications

• Property and Casualty License from state of domicile required within 90 days of hire
• Associate in Insurance (AINS) and/or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Designation preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in Customer Service preferred
• Knowledge of commercial lines of coverage and insurance markets preferred
