Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Private Equity Risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead insurance due diligence for complex private equity transactions, coordinating internal teams and external advisors
  • Evaluate target company insurance programs and identify material coverage gaps and risks
  • Develop executive-level insurance due diligence reports and advise on risk mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance brokerage, risk advisory, or transaction support
  • Property and Casualty License required; Surplus Lines License preferred
  • Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or RPLU preferred
  • Familiarity with transaction insurance products and risk mitigation strategies preferred
