Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Private Equity Risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead insurance due diligence for complex private equity transactions, coordinating internal teams and external advisors
- Evaluate target company insurance programs and identify material coverage gaps and risks
- Develop executive-level insurance due diligence reports and advise on risk mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance brokerage, risk advisory, or transaction support
- Property and Casualty License required; Surplus Lines License preferred
- Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or RPLU preferred
- Familiarity with transaction insurance products and risk mitigation strategies preferred
