Job Summary

Providing essential administrative and operational support, the full-time remote Property & Casualty Account Associate will manage data entry, assist with bind orders, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements while collaborating with brokers and underwriters.

Key responsibilities
  • Enter and update account, quote, and policy information in the agency management system accurately
  • Prepare, review, and process bind orders in coordination with brokers and underwriters
  • Manage inbound calls and provide administrative support to ensure a seamless customer experience
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of underwriting or related insurance experience required
  • Must have Property & Casualty Brokers License
  • CPCU, CIC, CRIS, etc. a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn industry-specific software
