Property & Casualty Account Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Life Science & Technology insurance brokerage practice, the remote Property & Casualty Account Manager will deliver exceptional client service, manage account renewals, and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers while collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring proactive communication and responsiveness
• Lead the renewal process, including marketing, submission preparation, and carrier negotiations
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and negotiate coverage terms on behalf of clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance brokerage or agency account management
• Active Property & Casualty license required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience servicing middle market accounts, ideally within life sciences and/or technology sectors
• Strong understanding of key coverages including General Liability, Property, Cyber Liability, and Professional/E&O
