Job Summary

Supporting Property & Casualty clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage account servicing processes, deliver proactive client service, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver proactive service and manage key account servicing processes including renewals and policy changes
  • Collaborate with producers, account executives, and internal service partners to ensure seamless execution and client retention
  • Identify opportunities for service delivery improvement and support new business activities and cross-selling efforts
Required qualifications
  • Experience in Property & Casualty account management, client service, or insurance support roles
  • Experience in client service, consulting, or insurance operations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
