Job Summary
Managing a dedicated book of small commercial insurance clients, the full-time salaried Property & Casualty Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor for coverage, renewals, and ongoing service needs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client retention, service excellence, and account growth for a dedicated portfolio of small commercial clients
- Lead the renewal process by evaluating exposures and recommending appropriate insurance solutions
- Serve as the primary client contact, addressing questions, service needs, and potential risks proactively
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience with a carrier, broker, wholesaler, or similar organization
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and coverages
- Demonstrated client service and relationship management skills
