Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster to review pet insurance claims and determine coverage applicability.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer experience teams to guide policyholders through the claims process
• Review veterinary bills for accuracy and assess coverage for claimed costs
• Investigate claims and communicate with veterinary providers for additional information as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a veterinary medical professional or veterinary technician
• Ability to interpret and analyze documents and insurance policies
• Self-motivated team player with a fast learning ability
• Eligible to be licensed as a Property & Casualty adjuster
• Experience in pet insurance is a plus
