Job Summary
A company is looking for an Underwriting Operations Analyst - Operations Efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute system testing and maintain underwriting manuals and templates
- Identify process improvement initiatives and lead training for new team members
- Process credentialing requests and collaborate with stakeholders for customer service
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- 2+ years of experience in property and casualty underwriting, preferably in medical professional liability underwriting
- Hands-on experience with OnBase and eOasis systems preferred
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred
