Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Operations Analyst - Operations Efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute system testing and maintain underwriting manuals and templates
  • Identify process improvement initiatives and lead training for new team members
  • Process credentialing requests and collaborate with stakeholders for customer service
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • 2+ years of experience in property and casualty underwriting, preferably in medical professional liability underwriting
  • Hands-on experience with OnBase and eOasis systems preferred
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred
