Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Support lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business, ensuring timely and accurate task completion
Set up and maintain account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
Produce standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and system-generated letters

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

0-2 years' experience in Commercial Property and Casualty
Licensed or in the process of obtaining a state Property & Casualty insurance license
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products
Able to learn coverage fundamentals
