Property & Casualty Associate

Job Summary

Property & Casualty Associate is a full-time entry-level position responsible for supporting the management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business by completing required tasks accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate account details and policy information in EPIC, including organizing documents and creating activities
• Produce standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and system-generated letters

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty
• Licensed or in the process of obtaining a state Property & Casualty insurance license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other MS Office products
• Able to learn coverage fundamentals and industry information
