Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Broker responsible for managing client accounts and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts to ensure retention and growth of business
- Contribute to new business development by identifying cross-sell opportunities and seeking referrals
- Provide quotes for insurance coverage and handle complex placements with minimal guidance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must hold or will obtain Property & Casualty and/or appropriate business licensure
- Desire to gain knowledge of insurance coverages/products and marketing skills
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve personal success
