Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Broker responsible for managing client accounts and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts to ensure retention and growth of business
  • Contribute to new business development by identifying cross-sell opportunities and seeking referrals
  • Provide quotes for insurance coverage and handle complex placements with minimal guidance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must hold or will obtain Property & Casualty and/or appropriate business licensure
  • Desire to gain knowledge of insurance coverages/products and marketing skills
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve personal success
