Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst I, II, or III to support and enhance their Policy Administration systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze workflows and document requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and collaborate on system enhancements
  • Manage project deliverables and support user acceptance testing and issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • Experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry, preferably with Florida experience
  • Understanding of insurance processes and system workflows
  • Experience with tools such as SQL, Excel, Visio, or Jira is preferred
  • Business Analyst certification (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus
