Job Summary

Handling incoming inquiries from policyholders, the full-time hourly Property & Casualty Case Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, manage policy changes, and facilitate communication between customers and underwriting while ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and respond to customer inquiries regarding Certificates of Insurance and related policy changes
  • Liaise between customers and hiring agencies to address special coverage requirements and simplify insurance terminology
  • Administer policy entry for products sold by the New Business sales team, ensuring accuracy of data
Required qualifications
  • Associate Degree and/or currently pursuing or obtained Property & Casualty Insurance license
  • 1 year of experience in the commercial insurance industry
  • Proficiency in a customer service-related field
  • 2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office and/or digital CRM systems
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
