Property & Casualty Client Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Advocate (Life Sciences).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow complex client relationships while delivering risk management and insurance strategies
• Lead client engagements including renewals, RFPs, and presentations, while collaborating with internal teams
• Provide proactive advisory on regulatory changes and emerging risks, driving account profitability and retention

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a client-facing, advisory, or advocacy role within commercial Property & Casualty
• Proven experience managing complex middle market and large accounts, specifically in Life Sciences
• Strong understanding of Life Sciences risks and regulatory considerations
• Advanced relationship management and negotiation skills
• Must maintain insurance broker P&C license; industry designations preferred but not required
