Job Summary
Providing frontline support to policyholders, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative for AVMA Professional Liability will address inquiries, resolve issues related to coverage, claims, billing, and account information while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Research and resolve customer questions related to coverage, claims, billing, and policy details
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or veterinary reception is a strong advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Property & Casualty (IL) license preferred or ability to obtain
