Job Summary
Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages, while enjoying comprehensive benefits and flexible work arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and convert sales leads into policyholders by consulting on insurance needs
- Participate in a structured training program to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, adapting to varying customer needs
Required qualifications
- 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
- Ability to communicate effectively with both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
