Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages and products while enjoying comprehensive training and flexible work arrangements.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders
• Manage inbound sales calls and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Participate in a structured training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
