Property & Casualty Inside Sales Agent

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic sales team, the full-time Remote Property & Casualty Inside Sales Agent will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match them with appropriate insurance coverages and products while receiving paid training and licensing support.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders
• Participate in a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license
• Work a flexible schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, managing incoming leads without cold calls

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficient typing capabilities and PC skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
