Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop engaging learning programs in the Property & Casualty insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Property & Casualty pre-licensing and continuing education courses
• Translate complex insurance concepts into clear, engaging content and develop exam-style questions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and analyze learner performance data to enhance course effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of instructional design experience, preferably in insurance or regulated industries
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance concepts
• Experience developing pre-licensing and/or continuing education courses
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Familiarity with state insurance regulations and compliance requirements
