A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II to join their team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve insurance requests quickly and accurately through various customer interaction channels
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and educate clients on programs and products
• Collaborate with referral sources and maintain adherence to customer follow-up processes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in insurance, preferably with homeowners
• 2+ years in a customer service role
• Ability to adapt and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required before starting
• Experience with software tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and G Suite
