Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Insurance Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for multiple insurance products and conduct follow-up outbound calls on existing quotes
• Establish relationships with clients while meeting monthly sales goals and tracking personal performance
• Navigate data entry systems and complete mandatory training sessions for licensure and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One (1) plus year of sales-related experience
• One (1) plus year of call center and/or insurance experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license
